* Undertake quality pupil assessment and use this data to set school goals and
to guide the teaching programmes.
* Work towards each child achieving their personal learning goals.
* Focus on developing positive behaviour and expectations for each child so that they can focus on their learning and developing positive social skills.
* Provide professional development for our teachers in Literacy, Maths and IT.
